Job Requirements
- Availability for morning shifts from 5:30 AM to 11 AM
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- Positive team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Warmly greet hotel guests and explain breakfast setup including made-to-order options
- Take and deliver kitchen orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean stocked and organized breakfast area at all times
- Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Keep beverage stations clean and stocked
- Follow and complete the morning shift checklist to prepare the restaurant for lunch service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen front desk and management regarding guest needs
- Uphold hotel and restaurant service standards at all times
