This particular role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service within the hospitality setting, primarily involving responsibilities related to breakfast service and buffet management. The successful candidate will be entrusted with setting up and breaking down the buffet daily, maintaining well-stocked food and beverage stations that ensure guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant dining experience. Greeting guests warmly and providing clear communication about daily specials or restaurant promotions are essential components of this position, as is promptly serving water, coffee, and fulfilling food and drink orders during service. Attention to detail is critical, as the candidate will be responsible for clearing tables efficiently and using proper methods for dish removal to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the dining area. A core expectation of the role is monitoring guest satisfaction by observing their needs during the meal and ensuring all quality and consistency measures for food served are adhered to. Maintaining a clean and properly set-up station before, during, and after shifts demonstrates professional pride and dedication to workplace standards. - Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 a.m.

Job Duties
- Set up the buffet daily ensuring that all items are well-stocked and break down the buffet after service
- Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table
- Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
- Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes glassware and silverware in a timely manner
- Observe guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
- Control quality and consistency of all food served
- Check station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Total checks and accept payment or refer guests to cashier
