Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively during high volume periods
- Knowledge of food and beverage items and service standards
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
- Follow Concord and brand operational policies and procedures, including safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
