Job Duties

Work together with servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
must have the ability to provide good customer service with a pleasant dining experience and quality service
must always be neat in appearance
work in coordination with other departments to ensure that customers get quality service and satisfaction
take orders, deliver food, and answer questions regarding the menu
be a part of the dining experience
process payment - comprehensive knowledge of securing proper payment and controlling guest checks
greet customers demonstrating habits of greeting both new and old customers
clean tables and reset tables in dining area
comfortable with running errands for customers within the restaurant
refill condiment containers
understand serving customers’ needs and serving food
basic understanding of e-mail and Microsoft Excel
