Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
  • carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • engage with and understand guests by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • assist in creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests
