Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability for morning shifts from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work full-time or part-time
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
passion for scratch-made, seasonal food
understanding of food safety practices

Job Duties

prepare breakfast and brunch menu items with attention to quality and presentation
maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
assist with prep work as needed
operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
