Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
- County-required food and alcohol serving certifications
- Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines

- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
- Being knowledgeable about menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety standards
- Preparing a variety of food items using various kitchen tools
- Cooking food for service using ovens, griddles, and broilers
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Complying with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines
- Communicating effectively with management staff
