Job Requirements
- high school diploma or higher-level education
- two years of experience as a breakfast attendant
- well-groomed and professional appearance
- effective communication skills
- good listener
- emphatic and tolerant
- rational, prudent and practical
- ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- ability to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- availability to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or higher-level education
- minimum two years of experience as a breakfast attendant
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- computer literate with ability to operate property management systems
- professional and well-groomed appearance
- effective guest service and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean breakfast in accordance with standards of the company and the brand
- responsible for the usage and organization of food supplies
- understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture always
- communicate with guests and co-workers effectively
- manage time efficiently to ensure smooth operation
- assist with guest issues maintaining a hospitable attitude
- operate property management systems including posting charges, computing bills, collecting payment, and making change
