Job Qualifications

Experience in a kitchen environment (culinary schooling or equivalent welcome)
A current Food Handler’s Certificate

Job Duties

Prepare and plate elevated breakfast dishes with consistency and care
Bake and create house-made items such as cookies, crostini, and small bites
Assist with afternoon culinary amenities
Support breakfast service alongside the breakfast attendant
Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and aligned with health and safety standards
Manage inventory, unpack deliveries, and track kitchen supplies
Collaborate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to support special requests
Help maintain the warm, gracious atmosphere Milliken Creek is known for
