Job Requirements

must have or be able to obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certificate
prior experience in preparation, cooking, and following recipes preferred
follow all sanitation regulations and health codes
excellent communication skills
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 50 pounds
ability to stand for long periods of time
must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

prepare all breakfast items needed for breakfast that day
follow provided recipes
set up the workstations
proper storage of ingredients
maintain, stock and sanitize all breakfast stations (waffle, cereal, coffee, tea etc.)
check inventory for the following day
