The company is committed to fostering a positive work environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally while embodying core values such as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. Managed by HHM Hotels, the role of Breakfast Attendant is an essential position that supports the overall guest satisfaction by ensuring that the breakfast dining experience is pleasant, clean, and efficient.
The Breakfast Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the breakfast area, preparing the breakfast bar for guests, and providing a warm, welcoming service aligned with hotel and brand standards. This is a front-facing position where the ability to engage guests with friendly service greatly enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities include setting up food displays, replenishing supplies, keeping the area tidy and sanitized, and promptly addressing guest requests. Additionally, Breakfast Attendants work in an environment focused on sustainability, following HHM's EarthView program guidelines to minimize environmental impact.
This position offers both full and part-time opportunities with competitive wages and a supportive team environment. As part of the HHM Hotels brand, employees can expect phased career growth, starting from roles like Restaurant Server or Guest Service Agent, progressing to supervisory or management positions such as Restaurant Supervisor or Front Desk Manager. The Breakfast Attendant role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced settings, have keen attention to cleanliness and food safety, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service. The job also requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds. Ultimately, the Breakfast Attendant is a key player in ensuring the first meal of the day for guests is not only satisfying but also contributes to their overall positive impression of the hotel.
