Job Duties
- Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
- Ensure smooth service each morning
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly professional manner
- Resolve any guest complaints regarding the breakfast area
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all areas
- Remain available in the breakfast area during posted hours to ensure all guest needs are met
- Set up the breakfast buffet including hot food items and maintain it through breakfast hours
- Keep breakfast area clean and stocked throughout the day
- Follow all federal, state, and local health and safety procedures at all times
- Complete training in all areas of security, alcohol, and health and safety
- Clean breakfast area and kitchen each day ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized
- Restock the breakfast area and have it ready for the next day
- Ensure inventory is at an adequate level and follow property ordering guidelines
- Conduct monthly inventory as required
- Remain professional in appearance at all times following brand uniform requirements
- Demonstrate good communication skills and convey information and ideas
- Participate in and support a positive, enjoyable work environment
- Hold an understanding of hotel products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
