Job Duties
- Greet and provide outstanding customer service to guests
- respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
- maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- set up and maintain the breakfast buffet including hot food items
- keep the breakfast area clean and stocked
- follow all federal, state, and local health and safety procedures including wearing gloves and hand washing
- complete training in security, alcohol, health, and safety
- clean breakfast area and kitchen daily including washing dishes and sanitizing
- restock breakfast area for the next day
- ensure inventory levels and follow ordering guidelines
- conduct monthly inventory as required
- demonstrate good communication skills and convey information
