Job Requirements
- Experience in a foodservice environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to set up and take down tables, chairs, stages and other banquet meeting fixtures

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage service to guests in the breakfast room
- Prepare food and help set up breakfast at scheduled time as per brand standards
- Ensure breakfast items are replenished and available to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen including equipment
- Inventory breakfast items regularly and assist with unloading food orders
- Clear tables using proper methods in a timely manner
- Clean tables, chairs, and floor area
- Assist service team to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Adhere to hotel and health department safety and security procedures
- Provide 100% guest satisfaction by delivering genuine hospitality and resolving guest issues
- Perform other duties as required to maintain guest satisfaction
