Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand and move around for an entire shift
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- some locations require an Alcohol Server's Permit
Job Qualifications
- Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred but not required
- ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- ability to obtain an Alcohol Server's Permit where required
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read and write
- ability to stand and move around for an entire shift
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet
- offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests
- proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting
- wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs
- assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
