Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- possess basic math skills
- physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- intermediate product knowledge including temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- basic understanding of the English language including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- passion for consistently producing a great product
- positive attitude

Job Duties
- mix and prepare hand-formed artisan breads each shift
- prep produce and deli products for bakery items
- scale and mix ingredients
- bench dough
- load carts and racks with finished product
- operate kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers and dough dividers
- maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
- assist bakery clerks and provide world-class service to guests
