Job Duties

  • Assist baker team in all levels of project execution including planning, production, clean-up
  • Properly time and prepare mixes for production to ensure continuous flow of operations from raw materials to depositing, baking, and packing
  • Operate commercial bakery equipment such as spiral mixers, convection ovens, deck ovens, proffers, retarders, and dough dividers
  • Monitor quality and consistency of bread products to meet bakery standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety practices in the production area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of baking tasks
