We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Sourdough Bread Baker to join our overnight production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in an early morning bakery environment and has a passion for artisan baking. The baker will be responsible for producing all sourdough breads for retail, wholesale, and farmers markets, along with a variety of pastries such as muffins, scones, pies, cookies, cinnamon breads, and pretzels. The position requires maintaining consistent quality, bake times, and presentation standards while coordinating production efforts with other bakers, front-of-house teams, and market staff. Additionally, the baker will assist with oven management, timing, and production efficiency to ensure smooth bakery operations. The role offers competitive pay based on experience and opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand. The schedule is primarily overnight to early morning, starting at midnight and transitioning to a 2:00 AM start time, perfect for someone who enjoys working during these hours and values collaboration within a team-oriented setting.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience baking artisan sourdough bread
- ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
- strong physical stamina for lifting and standing
- excellent time management skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Bake all sourdough breads for retail, wholesale, and farmers markets
