Job Description

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is a unique and community-centered bakery and cafe known for its exceptional commitment to quality and social responsibility. With a strong focus on community involvement, Kneaders partners with local nonprofit organizations to address critical issues such as hunger, education support, and childhood cancer research. Over the last 20 years, Kneaders has donated more than a million loaves of bread to food charities, highlighting their dedication to giving back to the community. They distinguish themselves by never selling day-old bread, opting instead to generously contribute all unsold hearth bread to local food-based charities. This ethos not only promotes sustainability but also fosters a positive relationship with the community they serve. Their menu features artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads crafted with honest, whole ingredients, emphasizing a commitment to food quality and culinary excellence.
