  • Prepares guest checks and processes credit cards while adhering to procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement for the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
  • Experience in guest service or restaurant environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform extended physical activity
  • Basic cash handling and payment processing skills

Job Duties

  • Serve menu items and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment area using opening and closing checklists
  • Implement and uphold company culture and service philosophy among staff
  • Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and company standards
  • Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to foster a respectful work environment
