Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement for alcohol service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and perform continuous movements
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation

Job Duties

  • Serve menu items and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist with maintenance of restaurant and equipment areas via opening and closing checklists
  • Direct and implement company service philosophy among staff
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Prepare guest checks and process credit cards adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Monitor guest intoxication levels and comply with state liquor regulations
