Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
- ensure highest level of food quality and consistency
- lead chef team in preparation of Italian food
- ensure operational efficiency and EBITDA of BOH functions
- hire and train BOH employees
- maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- manage ordering, preparation, and inventory using NBO
- conduct menu tastings and line checks
- ensure safety and security policies adherence
- conduct pre-shifts for BOH and participate in FOH pre-shifts
- source and select outstanding BOH employees
- provide ongoing training and coaching
- conduct performance reviews and employee counseling
- manage labor costs and scheduling
- implement waste and cost control solutions
- conduct inventories and order food and supplies
- foster teamwork among management and staff
- model BBRG mission and participate in management meetings
- hold managers and staff accountable
- provide performance feedback and training
- create fun and professional work environment
