Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse culinary team
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and presentation styles
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices for inventory control
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff at all levels
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service to each guest at each meal each and every day
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency in an environment that is clean safe profitable and fun
  • Lead the chef family in the preparation of great-tasting Italian food
  • Manage operational efficiency and EBITDA of all back of house functions
  • Hire the best BOH employees
  • Train and retain new and experienced employees developing their skills in cooking food preparation safety and sanitation
  • Set and maintain standards within the BOH to continually improve execution and production of Italian food
