Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our guest service. The Dishwasher’s primary responsibility is to assist kitchen staff by ensuring that dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for use at all times. This role is vital to our commitment to provide guests with a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable dining environment that reflects our company standards.

In this role, the Dishwasher will be actively engaged in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dishwashing station, kitchen line, and storage areas. Beyond just cleaning, the Dishwasher will contribute to a high-energy and positive work environment where collaboration and respect are encouraged among all family members and management. The Dishwasher is expected to work efficiently under minimal supervision, manage physical demands, and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in a similar role or equivalent training, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting the team in delivering exceptional guest service.   • maintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes
  • ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
  • inspect cleanliness and organization of line workstations
  • rectify deficiencies and maintain throughout the shift
  • retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
  • sorts dirty dishes into racks
  • places rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
  • sorts and shelves clean dishes per company standards

Job Qualifications

  • one to two years experience and/or training preferred
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
