Job Qualifications
- One to two years experience and/or training in restaurant service
- Thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical ability to perform required job functions including lifting 30 pounds
- Familiarity with alcohol service regulations
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure
Job Duties
- Create an operation that values company standards of guest service
- Ensure every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
- Contribute to a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment
- Communicate effectively with management and team members fostering a respectful workplace
- Model and execute company practices throughout the operation
- Demonstrate sound decision-making benefiting guests and team
- Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, prices, preparation methods, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
- Prepare guest checks and process payments adhering to cash handling procedures
