Job Description

Brio and Bravo are well-established restaurant brands known for delivering exquisite Italian cuisine and an exceptional dining experience. Recently reinvigorated, these brands are embracing a back-to-basics approach, focusing on a creative, made-to-order menu featuring light and fresh ingredients that customers love. The restaurants are part of a larger hospitality group that has a proven track record of revitalizing iconic establishments, including the successful restoration of the Bertucci's Italian restaurant brand. This group emphasizes operational excellence and the authentic identity of each venue, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations. Brio and Bravo offer a vibrant environment where traditional flavors meet contemporary culinary innovation, creating memorable experiences for guests in a premier restaurant setting with a commitment to service excellence.

The bartender role at Brio and Bravo is pivotal to the customer experience, responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items with efficiency and courtesy. As the face of the bar, the bartender must ensure consistency in drink quality while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This includes adhering to opening and closing checklists and assisting in the maintenance of bar equipment to keep operational standards high. Beyond technical skills, the bartender should embody the company's values and culture, which prioritize hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork. This position is ideal for someone passionate about mixology and guest interaction, with an ability to work within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth of a dynamic restaurant group that values innovation and tradition.
