Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bartending certification preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- legal age to serve alcohol
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of bar equipment maintenance
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- assist in maintaining bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists
- provide courteous and efficient guest service in accordance with company standards
- implement and maintain company philosophy in daily operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- ensure consistency in drink quality
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
