Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Familiarity with cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail recipes and presentation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
  • Serve menu items courteously and efficiently to guests
  • Assist with maintaining bar area cleanliness and equipment through opening and closing checklists
  • Adhere to and promote the company service culture and philosophy
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to beverage service
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Support team members to maintain operational excellence
