Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be of legal drinking age
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Knowledge of safe alcohol service practices

Job Qualifications

Experience in bartending or beverage service
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Assist in maintaining bar area equipment using opening and closing checklists
Provide courteous and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow company standards and protocols in beverage preparation and service
Uphold and promote the company culture and philosophy among staff
Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
