Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one year bartending experience
legal age to serve alcohol
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
basic math skills for handling cash and making change
adherence to company policies and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

previous bartending experience
knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixology techniques
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
understanding of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
team player with leadership capabilities

Job Duties

prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
serve menu items courteously and efficiently
maintain bar area equipment using opening and closing checklists
uphold company standards in beverage preparation and service
direct and implement company culture philosophy among staff
assist with inventory management and bar cleanliness
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
