The Brand Specialist role at Beauty Barrage is a vital part-time position focused on strategically supporting client brands within assigned territories and partnering retailers. This fluctuating role requires flexibility as schedules vary monthly based on the unique needs of the brands and the travel distances within the territory. The core responsibility of the Brand Specialist is achieving and exceeding sales targets while actively driving brand awareness and building long-lasting relationships with retailer teams. Reporting directly to either the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on market, Brand Specialists are expected to be motivated self-starters who possess a strong passion for the beauty industry and retail environment. They play a hands-on role by educating store staff, conducting interactive product demonstrations, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and delivering compelling brand experiences. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in beauty retail
  • Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of in-store retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively
  • Availability on weekends
  • Ownership of a vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent company brand
