Job Description
Join the innovative Chefs of the Mills culinary team within the General Mills' North American Food Service Division as a Brand Experience Chef. You'll support the execution of the culinary content strategy, working closely with Corporate Chefs and the Senior Planner to bring creative concepts to life. Your focus will be on managing projects, ensuring authentic back-of-house representation, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver compelling culinary content that resonates with foodservice operators.
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or other related fields
- 2+ years of back-of-house culinary experience with some baking experience
- strong recipe testing and verification capabilities
- basic food styling knowledge and understanding of food photography/videography
- clear communicator with experience in recipe writing and testing
- knowledge of foodservice operations and understanding of operators' needs
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and time management
- knowledge of food safety standards
