This is a hands-on, kitchen-focused leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Vice President of Culinary Operations. The Brand Executive Chef plays a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the brand’s culinary identity while driving top-tier operational performance across all meal periods. This position demands a "chef’s chef" mentality, combining refined technical culinary skills, deep expertise in Latin cuisine, and strong leadership abilities to manage a high-volume kitchen driven by performance and excellence.\n\nAs the culinary leader, the Brand Executive Chef is responsible for the total ownership of kitchen operations, including culinary execution, talent development, financial performance, and brand consistency, ensuring the restaurant remains a premier dining destination in Las Vegas. The role involves direct involvement in daily kitchen activities, emphasizing quality, consistency, and adherence to the restaurant’s elevated culinary standards. This leader must craft innovative recipes that honor the brand’s Latin American roots while integrating fine-dining techniques suited for high-volume settings.\n\nOperational responsibilities include managing health and safety compliance, inventory and cost control, and ensuring high-quality ingredient sourcing. The executive chef is also charged with optimizing kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and maintain exceptional food quality even during peak service hours. Financial oversight responsibilities encompass managing budgets, analyzing cost controls, identifying revenue enhancement opportunities, and preparing insightful financial reports to guide strategic decisions.\n\nCustomer focus is a key aspect of the role, where the Brand Executive Chef engages with guests to gather feedback, collaborates on specialized event menus, and works closely with front-of-house teams to ensure service excellence that aligns with the brand’s luxurious and authentic dining experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years culinary leadership experience
- Proven high-volume kitchen management expertise
- Experience in multi-unit brand leadership and luxury hospitality

- Strong financial acumen including budget and cost control
