Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years culinary leadership experience
  • Proven high-volume kitchen management expertise
  • Experience in multi-unit brand leadership and luxury hospitality
  • Demonstrated innovative culinary vision
  • Strong financial acumen including budget and cost control
  • Ability to develop and lead high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, walk, lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume, upscale culinary settings
  • Proven experience managing large-scale culinary operations with a focus on quality
  • Ability to develop unique recipes and menus aligned with brand standards
  • Skilled in budget management, cost analysis, and inventory control
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing culinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with teams and guests

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and manage a kitchen team ensuring quality and recipe adherence during all meal periods
  • Implement training programs focused on recipe adherence, food safety, and culinary excellence
  • Develop efficient shift schedules to optimize staffing during peak times
  • Craft innovative, high-quality recipes and menus in line with brand standards
  • Establish and enforce food quality standards through regular audits
  • Implement efficient kitchen procedures to maximize speed and quality
  • Manage kitchen operations maintaining quality under high-capacity conditions
  • Oversee health and safety compliance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels collaborating with procurement
  • Manage culinary budget maximizing cost-efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement through pricing and sourcing
  • Prepare financial reports analyzing data for operational decisions
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback ensuring menu and service excellence
  • Collaborate with event teams for VIP and special occasion menus
  • Work closely with staff to ensure exceptional guest service and experiences
