Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to execute impactful promotions and sampling events
- Ability to improve merchandising and product visibility in retail settings
- Capability to conduct educational sessions for staff
- Ability to stand for several hours during work shifts
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Charlotte market
- Compliance with local employment and equal opportunity laws
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in brand ambassador or promotional roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and engage bartenders and waitstaff
- Ability to physically stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with varied working conditions due to customer-facing nature of role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Duties
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the on premise bars and restaurants and off premise grocery and liquor stores sampling events and festivals
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of our brands
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts
- Table at campus events including sporting events
- Regular travel within the market
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout shifts
- Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team dynamic
