Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience or 5 years managerial experience in relevant field
- Proven sales and customer service background
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to work full-time including flexible hours
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory role experience or 5 years of managerial experience in car rental without a degree
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week including day and evening shifts
Job Duties
- Manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
- Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team
- Coach other managers in the recruitment process
- Oversee vehicle fleet and operational tasks including health and safety and corporate CI compliance
- Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure premium customer service culture and handle complaints
- Collaborate with regional managers to optimize processes
