Job Requirements

- Previous experience in office or administrative roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments as needed
- Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally
- Maintain branch files and manage office supply inventory
- Reconcile daily credit card transactions and assist with bank deposits
- Check parts availability for call-in customers
- Receive and process payments for Parts and Service departments
- Create, sort, and mail invoices
- Process new employee paperwork
- Maintain and balance cash box
- Assist Branch Manager and team with additional administrative tasks
