This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of ticketing and customer service that Live Nation is known for. As a Ticketing Associate, you will play a key part in the financial handling and reconciliation of ticket sales, customer service delivery, and the operational support of box office functions. The position requires adherence to strict cash handling policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy, including balancing and reconciling daily and nightly ticket sales, assisting management with pricing initiatives such as Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing, Value Channels, and Special Ticket Offers, and distributing accurate ticket counts to artist representatives. You will also support internal ticket orders, manage upgrades and inventory coordinated with Premium Seat Sales/VIP teams, and help maintain the box office environment.

Customer service is at the heart of this position, requiring prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service both in person and over the phone. The associate will facilitate night of show Will Call and Guest List operations, troubleshoot any票-related issues such as transfer and barcode problems, and collaborate with Guest Services/Operations to meet all ADA requirements effectively. This role demands a strong understanding of the events, their culture, and genres, and the ability to communicate this knowledge positively to guests.

Additional responsibilities include managing daily operations on the Ticketmaster host system for sales and related tasks, following established procedures for opening and closing shifts, maintaining call center phone systems and event calendars, and assisting with cleanliness and organizational tasks in the box office. The role also encompasses handling lost and found items, updating logs like Ticket Stock and Vault Log, adhering to dress code policies, and covering third-party venues when required for night of show management, staffing, and equipment needs. Compliance with ADA ticket laws is critical.

This position is hourly, offering a competitive pay range of $16.00 USD to $20.00 USD per hour, dependent on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance of clubs & theaters cash handling policies and procedures
  • balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales
  • assist manager/supervisor in reconciliation of cash drawers and ticket stock
  • assist manager/supervisor on pricing initiatives such as progressive, platinum, dynamic, flex pricing as well as value channels & special ticket offers when applicable
  • assist manager/supervisor in distributing accurate daily ticket counts to artist representatives
  • assisting manager & supervisor with internal ticket orders and reports
  • work with premium seat sales/vip on any nightly upgrades, primary inventory, reports etc.
  • prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phone
  • facilitate night of show will call & guest list operations
  • troubleshooting night of show issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)
  • work with guest services/operations on any ADA requirements

  • position may require 3rd party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs
  • ensure compliance with ADA ticket laws
