Job Duties

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • welcoming and engaging with all guests while being an ambassador of fun
  • promoting and recommending activities based on a guest's needs and activity availability
  • troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
  • issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining shoe organization
  • escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
  • ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
  • processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
  • maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes and completing side duties
