Job Requirements
- minimum of three years experience in a hospitality management role
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven leadership ability
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to engage with local community and represent the hotel externally
