Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow company safety and security policies

Job Duties

  • Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies
  • Complete opening and closing duties including preparation and cleaning
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Complete scheduled inventories and requisition supplies
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
