Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to complete opening and closing duties
  • Ability to inspect and organize storage
  • Ability to monitor dining rooms and guest safety
  • Ability to complete maintenance requests
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure staff is working together as a team to provide optimum service
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff and address deficiencies
  • Complete opening and closing duties including supply setup and equipment cleaning
  • Inspect and organize storage areas, applying FIFO methods
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety, and guest well-being
  • Complete maintenance work orders
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
