Job Requirements
- must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least four years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen demands
- reliable and honest work ethic
Job Qualifications

- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- ability to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- oversee kitchen staff including training and supervision
- conduct quality control inspections to ensure food standards
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- assist in menu planning and inventory management
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- contribute to a positive and productive team environment
