Lookout Tavern is a modern social tavern located in North Phoenix, Arizona, renowned for blending a vibrant nightlife atmosphere with a relaxed day-time social scene. Job Requirements

Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, or high willingness to learn
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Personable and friendly
Fast and hard working
Use Facebook, Instagram and other social channels to spread the word about Lookout
Must be able to work under pressure in loud and crowded environments
Available to work Friday and Saturday nights from 9 pm to 2 am
Ability to wear Scottsdale style club-wear as required

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bottle server or in VIP service
Excellent knowledge of alcohol types, cocktails, and champagne
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in loud, crowded nightclub environments
Social media savvy with a following preferred
Positive and outgoing personality
Ability to promote and sell to guests
Ability to work night shifts on weekends

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Promote and sell VIP bottle service tables
Maintain a fast, friendly, and attentive service to tables
Create a fun and engaging atmosphere by dancing and showing personality
Use social media platforms to share and promote the tavern
