- knowledge of liquor and champagne varieties
- ability to promote and sell tables
- familiarity with social media platforms for marketing
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- maintain a fun and engaging atmosphere by actively participating in the experience
