Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work Friday and Saturday nights from 9 pm to 2 am
legal age to serve alcohol
previous bottle service experience required
ability to wear "Scottsdale style" club wear
strong customer service skills
capable of working in loud, fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bottle server in a high-energy nightclub or bar setting
excellent knowledge of liquors and champagnes with the ability to suggest and sell effectively
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work under pressure in loud and crowded environments
personable, friendly, and outgoing personality
social media proficiency, especially in Facebook and Instagram
ability to maintain a fun and energetic demeanor during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
comply with all food and beverage regulations
use social media channels to promote Lookout Tavern and grow customer base
