Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails cocktail recipes and current beverage trends
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
Strong attention to detail organization and cleanliness

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including craft cocktails beer wine and spirits according to established recipes and standards
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests taking drink orders and delivering beverages promptly and accurately
Ensure the bar is well-stocked clean and organized at all times maintaining inventory levels and reporting any shortages to management
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately processing orders and making change as needed
Follow all company policies including those related to alcohol service safety and cleanliness
Maintain a friendly approachable and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members
