Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record
  • Basic IT know-how is essential
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs of baggage
  • Must be available for paid mandatory training
  • Must pass drug screen, background, fingerprints and criminal background check
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule and weekend shifts required

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver license with clean driving record
  • Basic IT knowledge including proficiency with Google Docs
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in aviation or travel
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs of baggage
  • Available to attend paid mandatory training
  • Ability to pass drug screening, background checks, fingerprinting, and criminal background check
  • Flexible schedule including weekend availability
  • Supervisor experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Have a positive attitude
  • Serve as a Boutique Air customer-facing representative, ensuring professionalism, articulateness, diplomacy, and politeness in every interaction
  • Check-in passengers and baggage using our reservation system
  • Work outdoors in extreme weather for short durations to assist with aircraft operations such as towing aircraft
  • Answer customer service calls related to airport and flight information, providing swift and accurate responses
  • Make, change, or cancel reservations over the phone with customers
  • Operate a passenger shuttle vehicle to ferry passengers between the executive terminal and the main airport
  • Take initiative, be a self-starter, and actively seek to improve the passenger experience
