Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with local health, safety, and alcohol service laws
  • Must be fluent in the local language
  • Must meet or exceed minimum age for serving alcohol as per local regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Strong physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs involving bending and kneeling
  • Literate with good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths
  • Flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Compliant with local laws on food handling and alcohol serving
  • Above minimum age requirement and fluent in the local language
  • Articulate communicator who is warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to

Job Duties

  • Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds with your own signature flare
  • Own your kitchen by keeping on top of supplies and equipment and minimising waste
  • Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager
  • Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment to maintain a safe environment
  • Maintain cleanliness that meets or exceeds local hygiene laws
  • Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed
  • Provide guests with advice or help to enhance their dining experience
  • Wear your uniform with pride
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties when the team needs to pull together
