As a Party Planner, you will serve as the bridge between Alvies' Boot Party Fitting team and potential guests. This means planning, building, and maintaining a schedule of Boot Parties, managing bookings, and expanding a client list through effective communication and social media marketing tailored to your local market. The responsibility extends to forming local partnerships to encourage others to host parties, thereby increasing outreach and impact.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to make anywhere from $750 - $10,000+ a month depending on the number of Boot Parties booked
  • Role is 100 percent commission based as a 1099 employee
  • Held to a quarterly quota

  • Must have reliable internet access for social media marketing

Job Duties

  • Connect our Boot Party Fitting team with people who want to try on boots - we roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best boot-buying experience in the industry
  • Plan, build, and maintain Boot Parties to ensure attendance
  • Build a client list and develop those relationships
  • Social media marketing for Alvies in your market
  • Form local partnerships - get people to host the party for you
  • Manage bookings
  • Help organize weekly schedules with multiple Boot Parties
