Employment at Silverado Resort reflects dedication to quality service, teamwork, and ongoing professional development including participation in staff meetings, trainings, and adherence to safety policies.
The Boost Cafe Lead at Silverado Resort is a crucial role designed to enhance the dining experience for guests by providing attentive and courteous service. This position is hourly paid at $18.00, plus tips, and requires the individual to effectively coordinate the operations of the cafe to ensure efficient service delivery. As the Boost Cafe Lead, you will be responsible for executing company service culture and standards, especially the 4 Keys to Creating Guests for Life, which puts guests’ satisfaction at the core of every interaction. The role includes preparing menu items to specification, maintaining knowledge of both food and beverage offerings, and actively promoting sales by upselling premium and promotional items.

A professional appearance and proper uniform are mandatory to maintain the resort's high standard of presentation.
Candidates for this role must be adaptable, communicative, and service-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to representing Silverado Resort’s esteemed brand.
