Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, lift, and read for extended periods of time
- Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Must maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
- Must have excellent attendance and schedule flexibility
- Must follow company call in procedures
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in pizza making or food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Be in proper dress and a professional appearance at all times
- Be on time all the time and follow all call in procedures if absent
- Proficient in dough mixing and hand-stretching dough
- Produce pizzas, garlic knots, and stromboli
- Ensure proper food quality and maintain a clean work area
- Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations
- Maintain positive professional relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
- Notify supervisor about food supplies and inventory levels
- Act in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food/beverage regulations
- Report to restaurant supervisor
- Have fun
