Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, lift, and read for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • Must maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
  • Must have excellent attendance and schedule flexibility
  • Must follow company call in procedures
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in pizza making or food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Be in proper dress and a professional appearance at all times
  • Be on time all the time and follow all call in procedures if absent
  • Proficient in dough mixing and hand-stretching dough
  • Produce pizzas, garlic knots, and stromboli
  • Ensure proper food quality and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
  • Notify supervisor about food supplies and inventory levels
  • Act in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food/beverage regulations
  • Report to restaurant supervisor
  • Have fun
